Child Safety Standards
Frontlines Community — Last updated: July 1, 2026
Overview
Frontlines EduTech Private Limited ("Frontlines EduTech", "we", "our", or "us") operates Frontlines Community, published on Google Play as Frontlines Community (package: com.frontlinesedutech.chatapp). This page describes our Child Safety Standards and our commitment to protecting users—especially minors—from Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Frontlines Community is an invite-only messaging app for educational organizations and course communities. It is not a public social network. Access is limited to members invited by organization or chat administrators.
These standards apply exclusively to the Frontlines Community mobile application and related messaging services. They supplement, but do not replace, our general Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for the Frontlines EduTech platform.
Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Frontlines EduTech maintains zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on Frontlines Community.
We prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes grooming, solicitation of minors, sharing or requesting CSAM, sexualization of minors, and any attempt to facilitate contact with minors for abusive purposes.
Violations result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of offending content, and reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Frontlines Community:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, enticement, or sexual solicitation of any user, especially minors
- Sexualized comments, imagery, or behavior directed at or involving minors
- Attempting to obtain, trade, or distribute personal information of minors for abusive purposes
- Using the app to arrange in-person contact with minors for exploitative or abusive purposes
- Harassment, threats, bullying, or coercion of any user
- Impersonation of minors, staff, or administrators
- Any other activity that violates applicable child safety laws or regulations
Organization administrators and chat admins are expected to enforce these standards within their communities and to report violations promptly.
How Frontlines Community Works
Frontlines Community is designed for controlled, organization-managed communication:
- Invite-only access: users join only after receiving an email invitation from an organization or chat administrator
- No public user discovery: there is no public directory, search, or open registration
- Organization and course chats: conversations are scoped to educational communities managed by admins
- Role-based access: students and staff have role-appropriate permissions within their organization
- Administrative controls: chat admins can remove members from chats and delete messages
- Member management: organization administrators control who is invited and who retains access
These design choices limit exposure to unknown users and support safer, administrator-supervised communication within educational contexts.
Moderation and Enforcement
Frontlines EduTech uses a combination of administrative controls and organizational oversight to maintain safety on Frontlines Community:
- Organization and chat administrators are responsible for supervising their communities
- Administrators can remove members from chats and delete messages that violate these standards
- Reported violations are reviewed by our team and acted upon without undue delay
- Accounts found to have violated child safety standards are suspended or permanently terminated
- We cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities when required by law
We continuously review and improve our safety practices to address emerging risks and regulatory requirements.
Reporting Concerns
If you encounter CSAE, CSAM, or any other safety concern on Frontlines Community, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
- Email: contact our safety team at support@frontlinesedutech.com with details of the concern
- Organization administrators: notify your chat or organization admin if the issue occurs within a specific community
Safety email: support@frontlinesedutech.com
Please include as much detail as possible (e.g., chat name, approximate date and time, description of the concern). Reports are treated confidentially and reviewed promptly.
CSAM Response Protocol
Upon discovery or credible report of CSAM on Frontlines Community, Frontlines EduTech will:
- Immediately remove the content and restrict access for involved accounts
- Preserve relevant information as required for investigation and legal compliance
- Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline and/or to other appropriate law enforcement authorities where legally required
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Take additional technical and policy measures to prevent recurrence where feasible
We do not tolerate CSAM under any circumstances and treat all such reports with the highest priority.
Legal Compliance
Frontlines EduTech complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including requirements related to CSAE and CSAM reporting. We maintain policies and procedures aligned with Google Play's Child Safety Standards and other platform requirements.
We review and update these standards periodically to reflect changes in law, platform policy, and best practices in online child safety.
